Order Processing Time

All our products are made to order through our production partner, Gelato.

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days before being shipped. During peak periods (holidays, promotions), processing times may be slightly longer.

Once your order has been produced, it will be handed over to the shipping carrier.


Shipping Times

Shipping times vary depending on your location:

  • France & Europe: 2–5 business days

  • International: 3–10 business days

Please note that these are estimated delivery times and may vary due to external factors such as customs processing or carrier delays.


Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Destination

  • Product type

  • Order size

In some cases, we may offer free shipping promotions.


Tracking Information

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.


Split Shipments

As we work with a global network of production facilities, your order may be shipped in multiple packages. This helps reduce delivery time and environmental impact.

You will receive separate tracking numbers if your order is split.


Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international orders outside the European Union:

  • Customs fees, import duties, and taxes may apply

  • These charges are the responsibility of the customer

Incorrect Address
