Refund Policy

We want you to love your artwork.

Standard (non-personalized) prints may be returned within 14 days of delivery if unused and in original condition. 

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective.

Please note that a restocking fee of 15€ is applied and deduced from refund if returned.

Personalized and custom-made items are non-refundable once production has started.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at solangestories@gmail.com with your order number and photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund if applicable.

All custom illustration services are non-refundable once work has begun.
