Standard Prints

Our collection prints are available in various sizes, paper types and framing options. Choosing these options alone does not qualify the product as personalized.

Accordingly, these products are eligible for the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal, provided they are returned in their original condition, unused, complete, and suitable for resale.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Personalized Prints

Some of our prints can be personalized at your request, including the addition of a name, birth date, custom text, or other personalized elements.

As these products are made according to your specifications and are clearly personalized, they are excluded from the statutory right of withdrawal in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

Once an order for a personalized print has been confirmed, it cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded simply because you have changed your mind.

Defective or Incorrect Products

The exclusion of the right of withdrawal does not affect your statutory rights regarding defective, damaged, or non-conforming products.

If your order arrives damaged, contains a manufacturing defect, has been damaged during shipping, or does not match your order, please contact us as soon as possible using the contact form below and include photographs of the product.

After reviewing your request, we will offer an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement, reprint, or refund, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
